The Self Service section of our website is available for you to receive a PDF copy of the receipt for your travel arrangements made with us. You can also use the section on our website marked as “manage my bookings”.
No we only provide receipts in PDF form via our website as this helps to keep your travel costs down and ensure you have more money to spend locally in the resort when you arrive.
If you are due a refund it will be processed straight away via our bank. It will normally take around 10 working days for the money to be credited to your account. Occasionally it can take as long as 15 to 30 days but this is not something we have control of. Your credit card provider will convert the funds into your local currency. The entry on your statement from the credit card company will show our company name of Plan Your Holiday against the transaction.
Yes receipts for your company are available from the Plan Your Holiday Self Service and “manage my bookings” areas of our website. The receipt will be a PDF document that you can print and retain for your business records.
Yes of course but we might need to check with you for additional security clearance when you book with a credit card belonging to someone else. This is standard practise and something we do on a regular basis for our clients.
