• Above fare are based on current airfares /availability only, Package cost are subjected to change
as per the change in Airfares/availability.
• No reservations are held at the time of initial quotation.
• Rates and Confirmations are subject to availability at the time of booking
• All quotes are baes on base category rooms unless mentioned in the above proposal.
• Special requests such as Bedding, Interconnecting/Adjoin Rooms, Early check-in/Late check-out
etc. strictly subject to availability up on arrival.
• Rates Excludes City TAX/Tourism Fee/Resort Fee etc. (Wherever Applicable)
• Bin Moosa Travel reserves the right to amend or change the services without prior notice
• Bin Moosa shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, baggage loss,
theft, injury, accident, death, breakdown or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out the tour
arrangement, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and any other cause whatsoever and all
such loss or expense must be borne by the passengers.
• There are no refunds for any services i.e., meals, sightseeing etc. not utilized on your tour.
• Obtaining visa on time is totally under the discretion of the embassy & financial implication
because of this would be borne by the client.
