Joining Direct Clients

• Main sector air tickets to reach the first overnight city and depart from the last departure city are not included in the Joining Direct package price.

• Arrival and departure transfers are not included in the package price.

• The Tour Manager will meet the clients directly at the hotel.

Hotels

• Hotels will be located either around the airport area or on the outskirts of the city.

• Hotel room sizes in Europe are typically between 16 – 18 sq. meters.

• Most European hotels offer twin beds. Double beds are generally Queen size, not King size.

• For triple occupancy, hotels usually provide a rollaway bed, and the room size may remain the same as a double room.

• For Child with Bed, if rollaway beds are unavailable, the hotel may allocate a double room and a separate single room.

• A person 11.99 years and below is considered a child; 12 years and above is considered an adult.

• Hotel rooms may not be air-conditioned or air-cooled, and fans are generally not provided.

• Air conditioning / cooling operates according to European seasonal regulations and official summer declarations by local authorities.

• During extreme heat waves, hotel and coach air-conditioning may not function effectively, as they are not built for very high temperatures.

• Most hotels in Europe do not provide tea kettles in the rooms.

• During international events, trade fairs, air shows, music festivals, etc., accommodations may be arranged further away from city centers.

• In Switzerland, the stay may be split between two hotels.

• Any damage caused to hotel rooms or coaches during the stay will be payable by the passengers.

• The company reserves the right to substitute hotels with similar-category properties if necessary.

• In certain cities, buffet breakfast service may not have commenced; in such cases, breakfast will either be arranged at the hotel or at an Indian / local restaurant.

Coaches

• Most of your journey in Europe will be by coach; therefore, passengers are requested to keep the coach clean at all times.

• For hygienic reasons, the use of toilets on the coach is not permitted. However, the Tour Manager will arrange comfort stops during long drives.

• Eating and drinking inside the coach is not permitted.

• Due to limited luggage space in the coach, each passenger is allowed one check-in bag and one handbag only.

• In major European cities, there are strict parking restrictions for coaches. It may not be possible to stop at every sightseeing point. The Tour Manager will try his/her best to arrange photo stops wherever permitted.

• Coaches are not wheelchair compliant and have steps for boarding and alighting.

• In many European cities, private coaches are not permitted inside historic or city-center areas as per EU regulations to preserve heritage zones. Therefore, some sightseeing may be conducted by local buses or on foot.

General

• On certain occasions, you may have to join another group if the original group does not have adequate members.

• A local representative or driver may assist you only during the initial part of the tour.

• Arrival and departure flights should be booked according to the designated group flight timings. If sightseeing is scheduled on the first or last day, incorrect flight timings may result in missing services. Please check with your sales officer for the correct group flight timings.

• Security alerts, government regulations, or unexpected closures may affect the itinerary.

• Passengers are advised to take extra care of their personal belongings. Theft and bag snatching can occur in tourist areas. TCIL will not be liable for any loss of belongings or baggage.

• Disabled clients must carry their own wheelchair and be accompanied by a qualified companion capable of providing assistance.

• TCIL shall not accept liability for damages, baggage loss, theft, injury, accident, death, breakdown, irregularities, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine, or any unforeseen circumstances. All such expenses must be borne by the passengers. Valid travel insurance must be carried throughout the tour.

• Management reserves the right to claim additional expenses incurred due to delays or schedule changes of trains, flights, buses, ships, or other services.

• The Tour Manager and the company reserve the right to amend, alter, vary, or withdraw any particular departure or excursion. For passenger convenience, the itinerary may sometimes be adjusted; however, all services will remain the same.

• No refunds will be provided for any services (meals, sightseeing, etc.) not utilized during the tour.

• All optional activities must be booked and paid to the Tour Manager on Day 01 of the tour. Payments must be made in EURO cash only (credit/debit cards are not accepted).

• Optional tours are strictly 100% non-refundable and non-cancellable once booked.
