IMPORTANT NOTES

Joining Direct Clients

• Main sector air tickets to reach the first overnight city and the last departure city are not included in the Joining Direct package price.

• Arrival and departure transfers are not included in the package price.

• The Tour Manager will meet the clients directly at the hotel.

Hotels

• All hotels will be either around the airport area or on the outskirts.

• The hotel room size in Europe would be approximately 16 – 18 sq. mts.

• Most hotels in Europe have only Twin beds. Double beds are usually Queen size, not King size.

• As a 3rd person in a triple room, most hotels use rollaway beds, and the room size may remain the same as a double room.

• For Child with Bed: If rollaway beds are unavailable, the hotel may provide a double room and a separate single room.

• A person aged 11.99 years and below is considered a child. 12 years and above is considered an adult.

• Hotel rooms may not be air-conditioned / air-cooled, and fans may not be provided. Air conditioning operates as per European weather conditions.

• Air conditioning / cooling functions only after official declaration of summer by local authorities.

• During heat waves, hotel and coach air conditioning may not function properly as they are not built for extreme temperatures.

• Most hotels in Europe do not provide tea kettles in the rooms.

• Due to international events, trade fairs, festivals, or championships, hotels may be located farther from the city.

• In Switzerland, the stay may be split between two hotels.

• Any damage caused to hotel rooms or coaches will be payable by the passengers.

• The company reserves the right to substitute a similar category hotel if necessary.

• In some cities, buffet breakfasts may not be available. In such cases, breakfast will be provided at the hotel or at an Indian / local restaurant.

Coaches

• Most travel in Europe is by coach; guests are requested to keep the coach clean.

• Toilets cannot be used on the coach for hygienic reasons; comfort stops will be arranged during long drives.

• Eating and drinking are not permitted on the coach.

• Only one check-in bag and one handbag per person are allowed due to limited luggage space.

• Due to parking restrictions in major cities, the coach may not stop at every sightseeing location. The Tour Manager will arrange photo stops wherever possible.

• Coaches are not wheelchair compliant and require steps to board/alight.

• In many European cities, private coaches are restricted inside city centers. Sightseeing may be done via local buses and walking.

Meals

• Meals are pre-set menus; à-la-carte is not available.

• On certain days, a packed lunch may be provided.

Sightseeing

• On some departures, the itinerary may be amended or reversed. However, all inclusions and services will remain the same.

• Guests may need to walk long distances at sightseeing spots, amusement parks, and airports. Comfortable sports shoes are recommended.

• The Tour Manager and driver will try to drop guests as close as possible to monuments and attractions.

General

• Groups may be combined if minimum passenger numbers are not met.

• A local representative or driver may assist only during the initial part of the tour.

• Arrival and departure flights must be booked according to group flight timings to avoid missing sightseeing.

• Security alerts or closures may affect the itinerary.

• Guests must take care of personal belongings. Theft and bag snatching are common in Europe. The company is not liable for loss.

• Disabled guests must carry their own wheelchair and be accompanied by a qualified assistant.

• The company is not responsible for loss, theft, injury, accident, delays, weather disruptions, strikes, war, quarantine, or any unforeseen circumstances. Insurance is mandatory.

• Additional expenses due to delays or schedule changes will be payable by passengers.

• The Tour Manager reserves the right to amend or alter the itinerary if necessary.

• No refunds will be provided for unused services (meals, sightseeing, etc.).

• Optional tours must be booked and paid on Day 01 in EURO cash only (no cards accepted).

• Optional tours are 100% non-refundable and non-cancellable.
